CDD 25-0843 Petition to Modify the Boundaries of the Balm Grove CDD Approve the modification of the Balm Grove Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur because of this petition. Of the total of $50,109,125 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs (“common costs”) for the modification area, it is estimated that $15,216,392 (or about 30%) of total Development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
