EXECUTIVE SESSION (F.S. 286.011) IN THE MATTER OF: CASE NO. 21-CV-22819-RKA (IN RE: MEGLADON VS. VILLAGE OF PINECREST) IV. ADJOURNMENT THIS MATTER IS AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION WHICH SHALL COMMENCE AT AN OPEN MEETING AT WHICH THE MAYOR SHALL ANNOUNCE THE COMMENCEMENT AND ESTIMATED LENGTH OF THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION AND THE NAMES OF THE PERSONS ATTENDING. AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION, THE PUBLIC MEETING SHALL BE REOPENED, AND THE MAYOR SHALL ANNOUNCE THE TERMINATION OF THE SESSION. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990, ALL PERSONS WHO ARE DISABLED AND WHO NEED SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEETING BECAUSE OF THAT DISABILITY SHOULD CONTACT THE VILLAGE CLERK AT (305) 234-2121 NOT LATER THAN FOUR BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO SUCH PROCEEDING.
