Westlake Village installs new military monument at Civic Center

The City of Westlake Village dedicated a new sculpture called the 'Honor Tree' at the Civic Center to recognize members of the U.S. military. The abstract, weathered-steel monument features six branches representing each branch of the Armed Forces.
