Original title: Request Board approval to submit a grant application to the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Hurricane Debby. Additionally, authorize the County Manager or designee to execute all grant documents associated with the grant application.
