Cuban dissident Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara to relocate to the US

Artist and activist Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara is moving to the United States this Saturday following the completion of a five-year prison sentence in Cuba. He has been granted immigration parole to enter the country.
