>> MR. Juan gelman present. MR. Javier. Rodriguez present. MR. John williams present. We have a quorum. Thank you. Good evening. If you're here this evening, you're either here for the first time here asking for additional time or here to mitigate a fine that's been imposed against your property when your case is called. If you're here for the first time, go ahead and come up to the podium. State your name and address. The chair will ask you if you're pleading the property guilty or not guilty. That means that if at the time the violation was issued the property had the. Violation it might be guilty but you can plead not guilty if you choose so the city will put on its case. If you plead not guilty you'll put on your defense and the board will vote and determine how many days they believe you need to comply. If they do find you guilty and they will assess a per diem, fine if you don't comply by the day's us voted on by the board. If you are a first time violator and it is a residential property, the board can impose a fine of up to. $250 per diem for. Residential and. $1,000 per diem for nonresidential commercial property. If you're a repeat. Violator. >> they can impose a fine of up to. $500 per diem for residential. >> and up to $5,000. Per diem for nonresidential commercial property. If you plead guilty, the city will put on a summation of the violation to let the board know what's going on and you'll also get a number of days to comply and a per diem if you don't comply by those days once your case is done, there's a paper at this podium that tells you how to ask for additional time if you cannot. Comply by the. >> days. >> that the board gives you that paper is your golden ticket because if you cannot comply by the time the board gives you and you ask for an extension of time before that day comes, the fines won't start running. But if you MISS That day and the next day comes and you don't. Comply and you didn't ask for an extension of time, that's when the penalties start running against your property. So take that piece of paper that's your golden ticket. If you're here for an extension of time come up, state your name, the address, tell them what you've done and the city will give its input on how many days you need. If they give you more days maybe you should take more days. The more the better the board will vote and you'll be on your way. If you're here. >> for. >> mitigation, which I only think there's 4 or 5 of you here tonight, there's this piece of paper I don't know if she gave you the chart. If she hasn't given it to you, come and get it. It tells you what the board can and can't do regarding mitigation and the type of property that you have. The board is bound by this chart. They cannot do anything better than this chart. So go ahead and take a look at it while you wait. There's some copies over here uh for the 4 or 5 of you that are here for mitigation. When you're done with your case, wait over here and I'll bring you your order. Otherwise if you're here for an extension of time or for the first time once you get the number of days and and how much time you have to comply, you're free to leave and all orders of the board are appealable to 11th judicial circuit court of florida within 30 days. And MR. Chair, we're going to start with E.O. Which I think we only have. 3 or 4 mitigations and then right to be heard. Gotcha. And before we do that, do we have any um excuse absences. >> from the last one? I don't I haven't gotten an email of any excused absences. >> if. >> there are any the clerk hasn't. Given them to me I mean but okay excused absences. Yeah. Okay. I just want to make sure I think it was it wasn't last meeting that was called off. >> I think maybe it was the previous one. Thank you very much. Um before we start I just want to remind. Everybody at the end of our next meeting we're going to take uh about 15 minutes to do our ethics. Yes. Refresher. >> so each one of you has the binder with the entire ethics. Presentation in it. If you want to review it at your leisure at home that'd be great. If not, we'll do the. Presentation then and then if you have any questions but it's you know, it's basically the same one that we do. I know you guys. >> do a great job so. >> we just. >> need to get it done and let the clerk know that it's done. All right thank you. Extension of time means you've already had a hearing here before. If you've already had one of those make sure that you've if you already had a hearing and you hear a second time for an extension of. >> time, go see the clerk. If not, we can start calling up the other cases right. I think we MAY do we MAY have one. So let's just double check. Just bear with us folks. We're. >> going we're going to try to. >> move it along. Yeah yeah but you didn't yeah that's okay. And if you haven't signed in yet please sign in okay yeah next next case would be. 164 case number. 00058693 which is an extension of time property address. 1855 northwest 27th street. >> page 164. Yeah you can come forth just state your name and address for the record. Hello everybody. My name is mario. My .Address 1855 northwest. >> 27th street. Thank you very much. Uh, how much time do you need and what have you done so far? So 120. >> we were doing some work, uh, submitting some paperwork to build something that apparently wasn't approved. So we had to redo it and just like we I just received yesterday from my. Engineer everything. So we're. Submitting new. >> paperwork for demolishing. >> no objection to. 120 days and legalizing. Thank you. >> can I have a motion 120 motion for 120 days second. Second. All those in favor? Aye. Thank you sir 20 days. Please do not forget that 120 days. Sir. Please put in your calendar 120 days. Yes, it starts today. Thank you. Okay. Yes. All right, all right. >> so. >> we're good now can we go to mitigations? It's now mitigations. Thank you. Okay next case. 175 case number. 00014741 property address. 1170 northwest 26th street page 175175. This. >> is the oceans point. They don't have the authority. Thank you. Um, this is a single family home. Single. Somebody here for ocean points llc. Yeah .1170 northwest. 26th street. Yes, ma'am. Okay. This is an assisted living. Facility in a single family home to be treated like a single family home. Yeah. MADAM Attorney, just want to make sure. Clerk. Are we good? Yeah, because it says case hearing. >> but. Are. >> you with ocean point llc? Yes, ma'am. My name. So we're good. We're all good. Here we go. The lien this was part of the fixing the for transfer. Switches for power to the. >> a. >> lfs the line ran to. $721,000 right as an a l f it's to be treated as a single family home but it's not homestead right. So the minimum is. 10,000 or by unanimous vote down to zero. I think you guys have a pattern. With what you've been lowering these to but gotcha. Well let's hear from. >> the. Gentlemen on. >> why. >> you. Want it to be lower. Good evening. My name is raul perez. Yes. And um there's it's been a long road to get this closed out. It's been. >> closed out. Every requirement. >> has been met. I've met everything they've asked. Okay. Um. It's a very long story but I'll try to make it as quickly as. Possible quickly we were receiving. Notifications about. >> the the. Requirements for the generator but they were going to the wrong address. Okay finally when all that was corrected the. Actual. >> owner of the assisted living facility because we rent the property. >> to her. Yeah. >> unfortunately there are. Unscrupulous folks okay. And she did hire. >> several. >> people to get the job done and most of them. >> pocketed. >> and ran until finally she found somebody who was decent. >> and did the actual job and we met all the requirements. It's done. Gotcha. So. >> everything myself at your resolved gotcha question uh, sir, you're. >> the property owner. You don't run the uh the. Facility I'm one of the eight. I'm one of the officers on the corporation. >> of the facility. No, not the facility of the actual property. Property. Okay. Yeah. Because. >> there's. >> the there's the assisted living facility and then there's the actual property. >> got it. We own the property and we rent it to the a l got it. Let me ask you a question how much how much cost did it cost you guys in this entire process to go ahead and get those switches and generate a squared away because I. >> understand these are the these are those assisted living facilities and stuff like that. And so I mean in. Reality I don't have the. Actual numbers. It's not that expensive but the transfer switch yeah I'm doing one right now. So. Between the city of miami about. $5,000 plus the machine the machine plus uh. Maybe. 4 or 500 bucks I don't know for uh not even. >> that much for a. >> permit permit. Yeah. Not to mention the monies that were lost in the lost by like I. >> said, unscrupulous folks. So I can't give you a concrete amount but probably in that range probably within with having a good generator plus that yeah. Plus you have to have a propane contract and everything. >> else you know it's in the ten $15,000 range. It could be all the way up to that. I mean we can treat it like a single family home so it's up to us how we want to. >> proceed with it. Any questions from time of the violation to time. Of compliance how long was that approximately? Oh this took uh this was about three and a half years. But I think as he was saying, the first individual people that they tried to get to do this, uh, ran off. >> with money and as we know these these things do happen. Yeah. So again, it's it's to be treated as a single family home. Yeah. The minimum is. 10,000 or it can go as low as zero by unanimous vote. Yeah I'm inclined to go lower. So if somebody wants to sponsor a motion for it. Any other questions. I'll make a motion to. >> um. Leave it at $5,000 second any unreadiness any questions. Nope. All those in favor? Aye. Uh did you did you say anything? What did you say? No. Okay, great. So everybody's good all eyes. Okay, great. All right, so the ayes. >> have it. It's been. >> lowered from 721,000 to 5000 discount. Thank you. Okay. You're. >> more than welcome, sir. [Laughter] Thank you thank you always say. Next case page 166. Case number. 00138016. >> property address. 2054 southwest fifth street page 166. This is a three unit apartment building. The lean ran to 20,500. It is eligible for the. 20% which would. >> take it to $4,100. That's the lowest we can go, correct? Yes. >> good evening sir. Good evening scott orth. I'm legal counsel to 20. 2054 southwest fifth street llc. We are not the violator. Um the llc is a group of miami-dade residents that lent the unrelated to the owner lent the owner uh a mortgage back in. 2023. >> the violation. Happened, um ,about a year and a half after the lis pendens and foreclosure was filed as soon as we got the certificate of title which was DECEMBER 4th 2025, the group proceeded to not only correct these. Violations but improve the property as well. And they're still working on the 40 year. Recertification. >> um the deadline to. Correct was. Changed on a MAY 7th. 2026 code enforcement hearing um to may 29th. There's an affidavit of compliance as of. 42926 okay. So we. Complied um, before the corrected date. Um, so we. >> think that the uh, that this should be mitigated to the minimum. Okay. Well as of right now and thank you for that. The minimum is 4100 so. >> from 20. >> k 500 to 4100 are you okay with that there. Um. >> well I. >> mean we would. >> ask for zero but. >> I don't think we're eligible. >> you're not eligible. It's not because it's commercial. >> single family house right commercial three units we got a question from a board member through the chair. Um MADAM Attorney is there any evidence that the property was in compliance prior to the AUGUST date. As he claims which would which would reduce the fine and is the first I'm hearing from it. So I have to. I'm trying to look now he didn't come and speak to. >> me before we started which yeah. Obviously would have been extremely helpful. 20% of that would be less it would be much less and thank you for sharing that. And so that way we can at least check it to make sure if. >> it was and we'll we'll calculate that into the to the new equation. So we didn't have notice of that five seven. 2026 code enforcement hearing even though we had obtained title and the uh. >> it could have been sent to whoever the registered agent. >> was and it probably had not updated the compliance date is in AUGUST. It was still sent to the to the former. >> owner that. >> we foreclosed one r hernandez. Enterprises corp okay, I researched the file and all the notices even after. >> we. >> filed. >> the the. >> the new title kept going to the kept going to the court APRIL this is where he backed it. Something happened. The compliance was on. AUGUST 2020. >> AUGUST 20th 26. Those are all the photographs showing. Compliance okay. And the. >> photographs are from that date. There is a. >> picture. >> dated JUNE 25th with the facade not being corrected. Right. >> okay so the date. >> is accurate. >> so in other words the per diem total is is it is it is yes. All right. So right now we can reduce it to. >> 20% which would be 4100. We'll make a. >> motion for it if that's okay with you. Yes please can I have a motion. Yeah I move to reduce the fine for case. 0013801. 6 to $4100. >> second all those in favor all right. Thank you thank you all. Have a good evening. Just wait for. >> your order okay thank you sir. Next case page. 169. Case number. 00108460. >> property address. 1600 southwest first street page 169. It's a commercial property. The lien ran to $29,000. 20% of that is. $5,800, which is a. >> little better than the. 15000 minimum. Got it. Good evening sir. Just want to confirm this is uh the the property at 102 southwest. 16th avenue or. 1600 southwest first street. >> correct. Our books are showing. 1600 southwest first street. My name is, uh, alfredo gonzalez. I'm an attorney with the law firm of kunstler and we. Represent the owner of the property. In this case we lease this property to someone. Um, they had the obligation only to the city but under our lease to have. Complied they did not um when we were advised of of what was going we came with them to a hearing. We were given. 3060 days I believe to comply. They complied. A few days after that .Then they forgot to tell the. Inspector that they had in fact complied. So some more time went by based on that. And then finally in JULY uh they filed the affidavit of compliance. Right now we're in compliance. Got it. >> again, we're the landlord, not the tenant. Understand that you can reduce the fine. Yeah. So we gave you 60 days looks like complied in 118 days. >> so it. >> kind of just went up from there. So yeah, uh. >> 20% is $5,800. >> I move to reduce it to 5800. Second second. All right so so you understand that it's. >> going to go. >> from 29,000 to 5800. Okay with that we accept. A proper motion. And second all those in favor. >> I thank you very much. Thank you very much for your order. Um that's it for the. Mitigations we're going to go over to to be heard. The first case is page. 105 case number. 00171998 property address. 2731 northeast. Second. >> avenue page 105. Good evening. Good evening. You state your name and address for the record. My name is katarina martinez. Nowitzki 2731. Northeast second avenue. >> decker. Got it. And. >> this is a to be heard. So at the time that the. >> violation was sent. >> out the property [Laughter] Guilty or not guilty. Um in. Guilty uh yes we we we. >> applying for the um track uh. Operation legally. Um I have a before a little bit issue because at the same property I have a daycare who is operated to. 5:00 that we're trying to do. Something between 6 P.M. Or 7 P.M. To to. Nighttime that the inspector who is helping me. >> here a lot, uh, give me some. Suggestion that I need to get a they need to get a tup they have a food truck running out there after the daycare closed. So the food trucks need to have a tr and they have to have a tup. >> to be running that on there. I think the. Inspector inspector your name inspector johnson after hours. >> okay they need a. Tup and the tr for the food truck is that correct? That is correct. And you're working with the owners. >> the owner. >> contacted you? That is correct. I'm going to request. 120 days to start because she's spoken with zoning. >> and everything so she knows what has to be done. So she's in the process now. Great. So it would be. 120 days. It would be. $250 a day. Thereafter after. 120 days if you don't request for extension of time which of. >> course you're. >> going to. >> do. Before the. >> 120 days. >> expires, right? Correct. Okay. Correct. I move that would be our recommendation. I move. >> for. 120 days. Thank you. Uh guilty. >> to 5150 guilty. >> to. >> 50 guilty to 5120 days. Thank you. And second. Second. Any other questions? All those in favor? Aye. Thank you ma'am. You have 120 days. Take that paper that's on the podium there. >> with you. If you need to. >> request an extension of time, you deal [Laughter] With that. >> form there. Okay. Thank you so much. Thank you. Next case page. 117 case number. 00152696 . >> property address 50. Wait a second. Hold on. She MAY not have the right to make sure she has the. >> right pamphlet. There's a pamphlet there. I don't know that. >> that has the information. Oh, I was going to say I thought we changed it. No it looked like yeah. No no I want to make sure we're getting the right thing. Oh yeah. Can. >> we can we put some of those up there just to make sure yeah. Thank you. >> yeah. Don't take the [Laughter] Pretty pamphlet. Take the ugly white sheet. >> of paper with you when you go. Thank you. >> sorry. Thank you. Next case page. 117 case number. 00152696. >> property address. 5520 west flagler. Street. The unit d. Page 117. Got that good evening. Good evening christina de oliveira I'm the attorney. >> for the property owner um working at at. >> the time of the. Violation the property guilty or not guilty. At the time of. Violation for the tenant not. Obtaining a certificate. Vtr. >> at the time you received the notice of violation. But received a notice that they did not obtain it. >> as of now they. >> didn't have it at the time that. >> the notice was sent out. Okay, [Laughter] So. I'm a lawyer. >> I know say those. >> words. >> well. >> it's the yes you can it's the property not you. Yeah it's [Laughter] The you can say it's not yes you can yes you. Can yeah you can say. >> yes the. >> property was in violation. It's the property that's. >> pleading. >> not yes yes there you go. >> see [Laughter]. >> you said yes thank you we're good okay I don't mean any disrespect I know I know I know it's I know but I have to state it like that so. >> you know it's not. >> you [Laughter] But at the time we sent. >> that. >> notification out. Yeah okay. That's all. We are working with a tenant. They're going to give you some time. Hold on. >> sorry inspector. What's going on? What are they doing? How much time do they need? Inspector from south southwest office. Um they were they were cited for not so um at that time so I've been communicating with the with the tenant. And I also spoke with. >> the. Owner and the architect. They're making the plans they have to do plans. >> because they have to change some things because it's now it's a. >> tattoo business, right? They need a building permit for attending to see you. Okay. So then the city would recommend. 120 days. $250 a day thereafter, but you can request the extension of time within 250 days if you need more time. Gotcha. >> which you MAY depending on what has to be done to the inside. Thank you. Can I have a motion please? I move for. >> a finding of guilt. 120 days. >> and. $250 a day thereafter. .Second any unreadiness. All those in favor? Aye. >> thank you very much. Thank you so much. You're welcome ma'am. Next case, page 13. Case number. 0015014 for property address. 3323 northwest. Ninth court page 13. Good evening. Can you state your name and. >> address for the record? Let the inspector put on the case. Inspector holman central office. What what's going on on the property. What have your conversations been with the owner and what kind of time do they need? The owner. >> has. Communicated very well with me. He's. >> trying to. This is for windows doors and gate pavers. >> turf that kind of stuff. Right. So work without a permit. Um on the house it. >> was. >> basic house stuff. Yeah. Do they live there. Do you live there? Yes ma'am. Okay so you have homestead. No he. >> doesn't. >> have you don't have homestead. Make sure make sure to have an alarm go off 100 days from now and just request more time online. Okay. >> 20 days before a request more time in case it's not closed. Yeah because it's not going to be you're likely. >> going. To need it. >> it's historic. They take. One request more time. Do I come back here? You will have to come back here but it'll be like a month or two later. As long as you request the extension of time before it expires, you're fine. You don't have to have the hearing before the 120. Just request it. Wonderful. >> thank you. >> thank you. >> you're more than welcome. Have a good one. I think we got one more case. Next case. Page eight. Case number 00158503. property address 1440 north west 34th street, page eight. All [Laughter] Right. I like this. It's like a new record. Good evening. Good evening. State your name and address for the record. Martha bello rodriguez 1440 northwest 34th street. And at the time of the violation was at the time of the notice was the property. Guilty or not guilty? There was three violations that were cited. Only one of them was really guilty which is the one to register the lot. So in. >> my opinion the lot was maintained by grass cutter goes every month and the fence was not bad in a bad state. So out of the three violations I'm only. >> so we'll go to a hearing on all of on. >> I'm sorry. The failure to maintain the lot and not registering it as a lot since been registered. Um can you go through the the pictures. Please complied here. Inspector inspector holman central office. You need to look at them. They haven't seen them yet. So yeah she's saying guilty so we got to go through the whole okay. Okay I have I have pictures. This is. >> I just passed by here today and they're still trashed. >> so let's not have that we can't have that discussion. So because she's pleading not guilty. Okay we're going off the picture. Has the lot been registered? >> the lot has been registered yes. So we're here for the failure to maintain. Yes. >> okay. >> um please state your name for the record. Inspector holman central office. Okay. >> and you cited originally the property for failure to maintain fair to maintain the exterior as well as fair to register. Is that correct? Correct. >> the only thing we're moving forward on now is going to be the 2180 failure to maintain the lot, correct? All right. Because we don't need to do the one that's the exterior. It's an empty lot. Is that correct? Yes. So we're not moving forward on that one because we have a vacant lot. Mhm. So um you put together pages uh one through 30 is that correct? Correct. >> and you sent the notice certified mail as well as posting to the owner of record pursuant to the miami-dade county property appraiser report? Yeah. Correct. >> and copies of the documents that you sent as well as your affidavit and posting and mailing for both the notice of violation and the summons for tonight were in fact mailed and posted. Yes. Correct. And they're all present here. Yes. >> okay. >> we have our tracking numbers. Yes. >> all right. >> this is the information with regards to sun biz for the registered agent who also got everything certified mail. Yes yes.. >> property appraiser report. Is this a fair and accurate picture of the lot? Yes. Okay. And there's garbage here in the front. Is that correct in the swale area? Yes. Correct. >> and the lot owner is responsible for maintaining this property, is that correct? Correct. Including the areas on the other side on both sides of the fence. Correct to the street what's known as your swale area. Correct. Correct. >> all right. Um and is it still in the same or substantially same condition with the um leaves and garbage in the front area. Better but they're still trash. I just passed by today and I have an updated photo on code check of today. Okay, so it's still in substantially the same condition in the outside area right? Okay. At this time the city would seek to admit pages one through 30 into evidence. Admit it if I if I MAY. >> speak one second. Hold on. All right. Have you had any contact with the owner? When I first sighted the property I remember speaking to someone about the violations. Okay. >> but I have not heard from the owner in months. Okay. >> at this time the city has nothing further. Thank you ma'am your time. I have email threads with MISS Holman where I send her pictures when everything was said and done. I have pictures of when my grass cutter goes every month and cleans. It rained a lot. It was a monsoon yesterday. Whenever it rains the water is going to rise and it's going to come into that fence and I understand but I can't be there every day to clean up the garbage. I have several pictures from the moment I got the violation every month I asked my grass cutter when you go take a picture so that when I come here on OCTOBER 1st I can show you. So I've been on top of the violations but like I said, I don't feel that I'm guilty of not maintaining that property. >> you want to show us the pictures? >> yes, sir. Thank you. And I also have the email threads that I spent sent to MISS Holman. If anybody. Have you have a question. >> yeah go ahead. Have you received her emails the one that she says that she mailed you pictures information. That's been months ago. So what three four months ago? Yes. >> I took care of the violations right away. So it was a few months ago. Uh, can we. See I have the emails here. >> do you in the pictures you're showing us are these are like like most recent pictures as of yesterday or something or this week. Well, we didn't see the pictures. Let me see what's the date on these? >> we haven't seen the pictures so I don't I don't know. >> what they have a date on. These no there's no date. Yeah none of them have any dates on them. Which will. >> be cool. Because I know but it's it's kind of hard like if it would have been helpful if it would have been I mean, you got to remember you're coming you're coming to a quasi board. It's kind of presenting your case to say so you have to have the evidence that you need to say otherwise. You know. Let me get my phone. Okay. >> [Laughter] That's fine. We can see the time stamp on them. i took pictures today. You can see the time. Yeah that's the same fence. Yeah it still has. [Laughter] It's the same this is the same thing. So even if whenever these are stamped. Yeah you have all of the leaves and everything else that's still you have to sweep those up so I get their mowing their mowing but they're still not maintaining. [Laughter] Yeah you sure? Even know where they're just going to trash. Yeah but okay. But you also have. The trash is still there. You have to maintain the outside. >> and here's the OCTOBER 1st picture. So this is today's picture. So this is a picture from today. I can't control what happens from one. >> day to the next. I mean I'm not I don't. Remember but you own. It yeah. Okay yeah. But you own it and you're responsible. You wouldn't want to live next door to that. Yeah. >> okay. >> so this is as of today this is what's out there right now. So so ma'am, I think I think you're doing your I think you're doing. I'm sorry which. >> one is. This picture? >> go back. This is today. These are today. The right this I know but [Laughter] This is as of today. OCTOBER 1st. >> so I'm supposed to be going. I mean it's your property. It's your property at the end of the day it's your property. So what it is is that your yard man is probably not doing the absolute most of what he's supposed to be doing. He's doing maybe the bare minimum. And you might have to be going out every two weeks or you might have to go every week. But that but the responsibility of maintaining the property is still yours. >> if you'd like a no dumping sign one can be you can speak to the inspector about it um in terms of doing that as well they can put those out there. Yeah you can set up cameras showing people dumping on your property. We have people that do that. Yeah understood. Yeah but we understand what you're we know you're trying to maintain as best as you could but I think there's just a little bit more that's missing. I think the grass is being cut but the the the the trash on the. Outside is. Not being done. It's hard to manage that area trust me. Is there anybody. >> like. Is there anybody going on the property during the day? Does anybody have use of the property or is it just locked at all times? No it's locked and it says no trespassing. I abided to all but to the registration of the law and what I'm supposed to do. So and shortly after I started to go on the regular but after everything was under control I didn't think I had to go anymore. It's an empty lot. I watch out for vagrants. That's what I really watch out for. Not the leaves that you know come under the fence. You know with the rains that have been occurring that just washes up especially if the street gets flooded it's going to come up. But all I can tell you is what I do. I get my grass cutter to go out there once a month. Got it. Uh what's the city seeking here? It's 120 days. >> got it. Number 5150. So I guess what I have to do in order to comply is the day that I get a hearing that I go and clean it. So make sure it's super clean. >> there's no other hearing coming at this point. There's no 120 days when it's clean call the inspector out so she can come and inspect. >> it. And close it up. Close it shortly after I call. When would the inspector go? >> I don't know, you'll have to talk to her and set it up. It's tricky. Try to coordinate I guess with her and your lawn guy and cleaning guy and. Yeah, coordinate on the same day he goes out to the cut. Um, MISS Holman, I know that I wrote an email and then on friday she didn't work and there was a delay in the whole thing. So I. Mean just. >> try to I hope you understand the situation, the predicament that I've been placed in where I'm cutting the grass and now I got to go babysit a lot that it's being maintained. It's just that the garbage is piling up under the fence right outside of the sidewalk. I mean we've we've given you we've given you the solution. I will do what I can I will call the grass cutter. I will say, hey, can you go and I'll contact MISS Holman to please go by MRS.. After um MRS. Spector. Can you please help her and get in contact with her so this can get settled? Yeah definitely. Don't have to come back. Yes. >> I just coordinate the two days. That's it. You know if you know where you're going to get it cut. Hey. >> can you come out on this day or. I will work on that. That's all. Okay. >> I'll work on it. Thank you. Anything else you need from me? One second. Can I get a motion for yeah. Move for finding of guilt 120 days for compliance and $150 per diem fine thereafter. Second readiness. All those in favor? Aye. >> thank you. Is this the paper for the 120? Yes. >> all right. Is that it? That's it. That's it? >> yeah. We can't do absences tonight. So, uh. Party on wayne. Motion to adjourn. Did you did you say uh. Motion to adjourn. There you go. [Music] Oh.

I think we probably had like. >> 1 or 1 board. >> member mentioned I'm not sure and we also. >> have a new board member. Um yes when she comes I'll make her introduction. All right. Okay. >> the city recommends the 120. Thank you. >> very much. Can I have a motion please? Move. >> for 1/22. All those in favor? I thank you so much. You're more than welcome. Okay. Thank you for coming out. I don't. >> have any more check ins for extension of time. All right, so. >> wait, there's one gentleman. Anybody else here? Have you have you not checked in? 164 for extension of times if you're here for a to be heard to be here. First time hearing that's. >> not. >> extension of time. Take the ugly white sheet. >> of paper with you when you
