After closing in 2021, the historic Coney Island Sandwich Shop space in St. Petersburg is available for lease at $40 per square foot annually, or roughly $6,933 a month, following $150,000 in recent renovations. The Barlas family, who operated the landmark since 1926, is seeking a new tenant to open a locally owned restaurant in the 2,080-square-foot location.
