Orange County Ends ICE Detention Agreement

Orange County has implemented a revised agreement with federal agencies that removes U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from its detention contract. The county will continue to house detainees for other federal agencies, such as the Drug Enforcement Administration, at a higher reimbursement rate.
