Approve and authorize the County Manager to execute a new Innovative Technology Grant agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for the Lake Jesup Passive Nutrient Reduction Pilot Project; and authorize the Chairman to execute a Budget Amendment Request (BAR) 26-037 in the amount of $415,600 through the Environmental Services Grant Fund to appropriate the grant funding for this project.
