REMARKS: This License Agreement provides for the use of designated space at the Pine Hills Community Center, located at 6408 Jennings Road, Orlando, Florida 32818 for Pine Hills Community Council, Inc. and Pine Hills Community Foundation, Inc.
These organizations are non-profit community partners that work to bring together residents, businesses, and organizations to strengthen the community through public meetings, resource fairs, career and education literacy, scholarship resources, public safety, and guest speakers. They also maintain an office at the Pine Hills Community Center, where they work with local civic and nonprofit entities to coordinate referrals, services, and training for Pine Hills residents.
