Fresno County voters to decide on new 12% hotel tax

The Fresno County Board of Supervisors has placed a measure on the November ballot that would implement a 12% tax on hotels, vacation rentals, and RV campgrounds. If approved by voters, the revenue generated would be used to fund road maintenance, public safety services, and general county expenses.
