MOTION TO APPROVE Utility Easement Agreement granting the City of Coconut Creek certain 12-foot-wide easements for the installation, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and/or reconstruction of a water distribution system and all appurtenances relative to the system to service Tradewinds Park located at 3601 West Sample Road in the City of Coconut Creek.
