MOTION TO APPROVE Utility Easement Agreement granting the City of Coconut Creek certain 12-foot-wide easements for the installation, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and/or reconstruction of a water distribution system and all appurtenances relative to the system to service Tradewinds Park located at 3601 West Sample Road in the City of Coconut Creek. (Commission District 2) ACTION: (T-11:31 AM) Approved. VOTE: 9-0. B. MOTION TO APPROVE Bill of Sale transferring ownership of the water distribution system cited in Motion A above, installed by the County to service Tradewinds Park, to the City of Coconut Creek. (Commission District 2) ACTION: (T-11:31 AM) Approved. VOTE: 9-0.
