New Affordable Housing and Grocery Store Planned for Coleman Park

City officials have approved the transfer of 0.85 acres of public land to the Quantum Foundation to support a new neighborhood development project. The nonprofit plans to build a mixed-use site, which combines residential housing with commercial space like a grocery store, to help revitalize the Coleman Park area.
