Hope everyone had the opportunity to get some rest and prepare for the council year ahead. We all sat through a a terrific meeting yesterday. I'm getting a copy of the proposed budget. I'm sure everybody has started to pour into it already. Not just said and in team gosh, what the council otters got their work cut out for them. That the eu light agenda today, but by no means should be that way. I'll have a conversation maybe well. Conversation with the rules, chairs the ca and maybe see if we can't figure out how to ensure that more legislation gets through you because it's a pretty broad committee would transfer Tate. >> Transportation, energy and utilities and anything in particular related to jta and jta often comes to this committee. Any questions for Michelle? >> Thank you, MR. Chair people might recall, believe Carlo. That was something that we approved as a body in MARCH or APRIL. I think 2026. 0, 1, 3, 6, That was. And I'm going to say, at least for the past for years, committees have started in the morning at 9.30 So now it's 9 o'clock. So just a reminder to everyone about it being 9 o'clock, fact that like the man a cloud, but unlike the men 30, so if made, it helps me to get here. So just a reminder to everyone, 9 o'clock. That's Golding anyone. I'm just using teacher hat right now just to hear it and to see it helps right. Thank you. Chair. Councilmember Carlucci. >> Giants again for getting here late I don't want to be late. This important committee. I I got in right in time to hear council PRESIDENT Mention that. He would try to drink more legislation to this committee. And I really appreciate that because with everything we've heard about in the budget. With infrastructure, utilities, transportation and so forth. Utilities would I opinion the septic tank replacements that are generally guided by jta with the partnership of the Road resurfacing drainage repairs. And so I am in hopes This committee can rise in its importance to this council. I just have to say. For somebody. Who's served long time of this council. Already body on the council. New people with new ideas, fresh ideas to be appointed to committee that comes in and there's one bill second reading. I just I just think that's a waste of talent. I think it's wasted new ideas. I think it's a waste experience. And I'm really please happy with direction that you're taking this council so far. And I appreciate your since Tiffany to that in your understanding of that, sir? And so again, I mentioned this to you before, but I wish you well and and want to help. You have a good year. This year and because I see that flowing from your end towards us. And I want to extend that to you. I still speak my mind because I don't leave my First Amendment rights at the door nor do you. But I see a real effort try To try to use this council as a whole for the betterment of the city of Jacksonville. So let's see, we can thicken up this agenda a little bit so we can be a part of what's happening in this city Council, which means we will have a role in what happening in the great city of Jacksonville. Thank you. >> Thank you, MR. Carlucci for your in that vein and in our agenda discussion. >> I'm looking forward to through rest of the year where we can have not just a beefy agenda, but the presentations from those entities that are like the septic replacement program, things of that nature, gentle transportation authority, the Jack's Electric Authority. There are a number of things that are taking place within not just the city but its independent authorities that this committee needs to be aware of. And so I'm looking forward to. Presentations from those entities. And I'm also open to suggestions from committee members as to what they think would be great information opportunities to educate us so we can do our jobs more effectively. That said there's one item on the agenda. It's on second. It's billed Twenty-twenty 6, 0, 5, 40, no action required. Invited MISTER Paul Harden to come and give us brief overview on legislation that will be coming up at City Council on Tuesday night. MISTER Hardin, you have 3 minutes if you need more. Let me know. Thank you. Yes or to go. I've got a lot of talk about. It's so hard. You have 3 minutes of. >> We have pending a a. >> a Marine construction project going on down the 4 seasons and the in the office building. Is there. There's a submerged land lease between the city and the state allowing the city these lands of the state for that Marina the marina is is been there a long time and subject of a land lease for quite a while. We unto the least though we're adding about 1200 square feet, reading some other amenities to be used down there. We'd like to have that available for the first football game and do that. We need passes merge Lane. Lee's through the council, an emergency basis. COUNCILMAN Alan was kind enough to allow us to put that in the legislation is down years in day. Does it have a number? Will be on the agenda for Tuesday night rope and to have it in and out introduction then passed out because we're going through that quick way out, we struck Ales and I been coming to the care committees. Just answer the question let you know we're available. You see the bill on the agenda and you have questions for now and Tuesday night. So very complicated. It's basically extension of an existing submerged land lease. Have the answer. Your questions. >> Thank you, MR. Harden took look at the bill yesterday. Don't have any questions. Send. See, MISTER Howland is in the queue. >> Yeah. Thank MARCH Air. I just want to thank MISTER Hardin for coming to this committee and he came to the 2 yesterday and will come to finance later today in he's doing that because we all know that when it's an emergency in and out, he doing committee Working Council night. So this is opportunity for anyone to ask, MR. Harden questions for the bill and it's just important to its clients to have it done ahead of the season. So that's why it's emergency landing. Thank you. >> That's what I call per active. PRESIDENT Being out front. Any questions committee members. Thank you, MR. Harden you took place in 3 minutes, which I find I'm very grateful. Love. Thank you. Do we have any public comment cards? None. Is there anything else to come before this committee this morning? Can I get a motion for adjournment? We stand adjourned.
