Drug counselor to be sentenced for role in Matthew Perry's death

Erik Fleming, a licensed drug addiction counselor, is scheduled for sentencing on Wednesday for his role in providing the ketamine that resulted in the 2023 death of actor Matthew Perry. Prosecutors have requested a prison term of two and a half years for Fleming, who is one of five individuals to plead guilty in the case.
