Seven Proposals Submitted for Commerce Park Redevelopment in South St. Pete

The City of St. Petersburg is reviewing seven development proposals for a three-acre site located along 22nd Street South. This area, historically a hub for Black-owned businesses, has seen multiple failed redevelopment attempts since the city began acquiring the land in 2007.
