Hit-and-run driver kills San Antonio father of three, flees scene

Joseph Haro, a 37-year-old San Antonio father of three, was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in the early morning hours of April 24. He was found unconscious near Medina Base Road and Loop 410 around 1 a.m. and later died at the hospital. The driver responsible has not been found, and the family is appealing for the person to turn themselves in.
