Federal judge Alvin Hellerstein, who oversaw Trump and Maduro cases, dies at 92

Manhattan federal judge Alvin K. Hellerstein, known for presiding over high-profile cases involving President Donald Trump, former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, and the 9/11 attacks, has died at 92. Edward Friedland, district executive for the Southern District of New York federal courts, reported that Hellerstein died Wednesday without an immediate cause of death provided.
