The Parks and Recreation of Lake Hamilton held a Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 100 Smith Ave., Lake Hamilton, FL 33851.

CALL TO ORDER

Vice Chair Ortega called the meeting to order at 10:01 am.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Led by all.

ROLLCALL

BUSINESS

Deane Kyle, Billy Young and Marisol Ortega were present. Yolande Lane was absent.

November 20, 2025, Parks & Recreating meeting minutes

Motion made by Young and a second by Kyle to approve November 20, 2025, Parks & Recreating meeting minutes.

A roll call vote was taken. Kyle aye, Ortega aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 3-0.

Easter Egg Hunt and Breakfast with the Easter Bunny Partnership with the Woman's Club. Motion made by Kyle and a second by Young to recommend for approval Easter Egg Hunt and Breakfast with the Easter Bunny Partnership with the Woman's Club for April 4,2026, at 10:30 am for the egg hunt.

A roll call vote was taken. Kyle aye, Ortega aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 3-0.

Motion made by Kyle and a second by Young to add $ 4^{\\mathrm{th}} $ of July Event to the next agenda. A roll call vote was taken. Kyle aye, Ortega aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 3-0.

Kyle aye, Lane aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 3-0. Update on the Christmas Ceremony Staff updated the board on the Christmas Ceremony event. December Parks & Recreation Advisory Board meeting Motion made by Lane and a second by Young to approve to not meet for the month of December due to the holidays. A roll call vote was taken.
