CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT

The City Council convened in closed session at 5:30 p.m., with Council Member Márquez absent

and no public comment, regarding conference with property negotiators pursuant to

Government Code section 54956.8 regarding 1082 B Street, APN 428-0061-046-02. City

Attorney Lawson reported the Council took no reportable action, but anticipates public action

at the April 25, 2023 Council meeting. The closed session adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
