Original title: MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to negotiate, approve and execute agreements, contract amendments, work authorizations, and other documents during the Board’s 2025 Winter Recess (between December 10, 2025 and January 21, 2026), including all items listed on Exhibit 1 hereto, and any other items for which the County Administrator determines approval or execution is in the best interest of the County and delaying action until January 22, 2026 would adversely impact the County’s interests or day-to-day operations, subject to review and approval of such documents as to legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office; directing the County Administrator to provide a report to the Board identifying any action taken pursuant to this delegated authority that is not listed on Exhibit 1; and authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to effectuate the authorized actions.
