March 19, 2026, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meeting Minutes TOWN OF LAKE HAMILTON MINUTES PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2026 10:00 AM The Parks and Recreation of Lake Hamilton held a Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 100 Smith Ave., Lake Hamilton, FL 33851. CALL TO ORDER Chair Lane called the meeting to order at 10:01 am. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Led by all. ROLLCALL Yolanda Lane, Billy Young, Deane Kyle and Marisol Ortega was present. BUSINESS February 19, 2026, Parks & Recreation meeting minutes. Motion made by Kyle and a second by Ortega to approve February 19, 2026, Parks & Recreation meeting minutes. A roll call vote was taken. Kyle aye, Lane aye, Ortega aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 4- 0. 4th of July Event Superintendent of Public Works Jones discussed with the board on the date and suggestions for the July event. The board discussed they would like to see a variety of vendors. Motion made by Young and a second by Kyle to recommend for approval To have the July event on Friday July 3, 2026. A roll call vote was taken. Kyle aye, Lane aye, Ortega aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 4-0. ADJOURNMENT Chair Lane adjourned the meeting at 10:24 am. ATTN: PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
