for the Florida Fishing Trail, Phase II, A Site Development Plan to develope six (6) reclaimed

lakes into recreational fishing sites, open for public access with a check-in station on A-1-

zoned parcels in the Agriculture Future Land Use Category.

B. Agenda Item No. 25-59 as Ordinance No. 2025-02, Solmart Southwest Florida, LLC, as

Property Owner(s), has requested approval of the Rezoning of a 3.42 +/- acre parcel from A-

1 (Agriculture) to C-1 (Neighborhood commercial) in the Agriculture Future Land Use

Category.
