Miami Gardens Police Officer Arrested on Domestic Violence and Witness Tampering Charges
Miami Gardens police officer Kolei Kulani McKinney Sr. was arrested following allegations that he threatened his former girlfriend with a firearm and strangled her during a dispute in Opa-locka.
