Original title: Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design and Construction phases of the City Steps Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Million Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($9,870,000.00), a net increase of Seven Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($7,220,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 80%; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs at a cost to the City of Pittsburgh not to exceed Forty-Six Thousand Dollars ($46,000.00), a net increase of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the previously executed agreement.
