City Board Rejects Dollar Tree Building Plans

The Port St. Lucie Planning and Zoning Board denied a request for a variance, which is an official exception to local zoning rules, for a new retail store. The proposed Dollar Tree location was planned for the corner of Southwest Bougainvillea Avenue and Southwest Gatlin Boulevard.
