Change orders added consultant hours, but not all were used and this request is to roll unused hours into post-go-live support. The new system also includes a fire department scheduling module. Despite the accelerated timeline and change management challenges, the project was completed under budget, and the team is supporting staff as they adjust to the new system . The remaining change order funds will provide additional vendor support hours to help staff as issues arise during this transition.
