Ukrainian woman identified as suspect in Monaco bombing

Authorities have identified a 39-year-old Ukrainian woman as the primary suspect in a bomb attack that injured a Ukrainian businessman in Monaco. The suspect, named in an Interpol Red Notice, was last known to reside in Germany.
