What This Bill Does
Michigan requires the Secretary of State to update consultative references for designing children's trust fund license plates to the Children Trust Michigan board and transfer collected donations to the State Treasurer. The state conditions these amendments upon the enactment of Senate Bill No. 418, House Bill No. 4805, and House Bill No. 4808.
Motorists purchasing specialty license plates and state financial officers experience altered statutory agency references for donation transfers once the conditional companion bills are enacted.
