Original title: MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on August 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider enactment of an Ordinance adopting a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan map (PC 26-4), located in the City of Margate (Commission District 2), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF MARGATE; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
