Boardroom 176 Holston Drive Lancaster, CA 93535 - - 9:00 a.m. - Open Special Meeting - Board/Superintendent Work Study - During Special Board Meetings members of the public may address the Board regarding matters on the agenda. Those wishing to address items on the Special Meeting Agenda shall do so in person, complete a Speaker Form, and give it to the designee before the public comment portions of the meeting. The President or designee will call the individual to the podium. Individual speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each, and a total time for public input on each item shall be limited to twenty (20) minutes. No speaker may relinquish a time allotment to another speaker. Speakers are cautioned that under California law no person is immune from liability for making intentionally false or defamatory comments regarding any person simply because those comments are made at a public meeting.
