Free GPS tracking devices available for vulnerable individuals in Dearborn

The Dearborn-based non-profit Blue Hands United for Autism is providing free GPS tracking devices to vulnerable individuals through a new program called 'Youssif’s Guiding Hands.' The initiative was created in response to the disappearance of an autistic man in January.
