Anyone wishing to speak before the City Commission or the CRA Board must complete the Speakers Card prior to the meeting, stating name, address and topic to be addressed. Speakers making public comment will be sworn-in. All comments will be limited to two minutes.

Call to order, followed by a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance.

Swearing-in of all persons intending to address City Commission.

RECOGNITION: Mayor Bryant will recognize Ray Dielman for his 11 years of service on the General Employees’ Pension Board of Trustees.

RECOGNITION: Chief Tyler will recognize Officer of the Year Tim Matthews and Civilian of the Year Maria Sanchez, Dispatch.

RECOGNITION: Debra Woithe, City Planner, will recognize the quarterly winners of the Curb Appeal Contest:

Best Curb Appeal: Residential Winners Ryan and Jane Alkire Commercial Winner Paula Suman and Staff at the Palmetto Veterinarian Clinic
