Commissioner Steven McClure motioned to approved the meeting minutes for April 17,

2025 with amendments to remove Kent Teague as present under Sec. B – Roll Call and

to correct the spelling of “McCure” to “McClure”; Commissioner Douglas Fick seconded.

Approved unanimously.

Commissioner Robert Simmons motioned to excuse the absence of Commissioner

Douglas Fick from the April 17, 2025 meeting; Commissioner Kimberly Ballenger

seconded. Approved unanimously.

Commissioner Douglas Fick motioned to not to excuse the absences of Commissioner

Kimberly Schick from the April 17, 2025 and May 15, 2025 meetings; Commissioner

Steven McClure seconded. Approved unanimously.
