City Commission Meeting

Tuesday, October 7, 2025 · Government meeting record

The 30-second read

Record incomplete

The Belleview City Commission approved property improvement grants for two local businesses and directed the City Administrator to create a new Comptroller position. The meeting also included updates on upcoming business openings and a discussion regarding recent utility billing delivery issues.

Why it matters

The Commission's decision to hire a Comptroller instead of a Finance Director changes the city's administrative structure, while the approval of two $2,500 grants provides direct funding for local business parking lot improvements.
