BACKGROUND: The District issued an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) seeking comprehensive multi-function high-volume production printers and service solutions to support its high-volume print operations at the VCS Print Shop, which generates over seventy-eight million impressions annually, with an average monthly output of six and a half million impressions. The proposed new equipment will integrate seamlessly into existing production workflows and be supported by year-round service contracts ensuring uninterrupted operations. The VCS Print Shop is operationally self-sustaining, funded by requested agencies/departments and school sites. The printing capabilities include specialty media, banners, postcards, brochures, and catalogs. Goals Guardrail 3: Resources & Operational Processes BACKGROUND: EdGraph is an integration platform that allows school districts to aggregate data from multiple sources for viewing, analytics, and reporting. It assists district and school level leaders in making data-driven decisions based on student information such as attendance, assessments scores, risk factors, and more. This amendment includes the annual renewal of Managed Ed-Fi & Analytics for fiscal year 2026-2027. Additionally, the proposed increase requested by Information Technology Services (ITS) will allow the FLCODE Sub Grant that the District received to be spent. The proposed amendment includes EdGraph’s Ofile Dashboard Expansion. The goal of this project is to streamline the District’s current Ofile summarization and data accuracy processes. The previous phase of this project integrated the Student Demographic OFile – one per survey, per school year – into the EdGraph-managed Data Lake. This expansion phase (Statement of Work # 3) will extend support for these additional OFiles: • Student Discipline/Resultant Action • School Environmental Safety Incident Report • Prior School Status/Student Attendance As part of this Statement of Work #4, EdGraph will extend the dashboard to support the new OFiles. The custom dashboard includes functionality to compare OFile and SIS data, year over year, and survey by survey. It provides flexible filtering options to accommodate. Drill-down functionality is included as well – from the district level, down to the school, grade, and individual student level where possible.
