Original title: A report from Public Utilities Department Environmental Services Division regarding 2022-2023 Annual Report of Operations and Staff Review of Compliance for DRI 263 Consolidated Mines. Accept the 2023-2024 Annual Report of Operations for Consolidated Mines. Pursuant to Section 8.02.09 of the Hillsborough County Land Development Code a phosphate mining permittee is required to submit an Annual Report of Operations containing a general summary of mining operations and reclamation activities the preceding reporting year and identify expected activities for the subsequent reporting year.
