Water rescues spike at Clearwater Beach due to Tropical Storm Bertha

Clearwater Beach lifeguards performed over a dozen water rescues in two days as Tropical Storm Bertha created dangerous surf conditions. Hazardous water conditions are expected to continue through Thursday.
