The 30-second read

Record incomplete

The Manatee County Hearing Officer meeting scheduled for March 17, 2025, has been canceled due to an advertising error. All agenda items, including proposed site plans for a church expansion and a new preschool, will be deferred and rescheduled for a future date.

Why it matters

The cancellation delays the public review and potential approval of two land-use projects, meaning no decisions will be made on these applications until they are re-advertised and a new meeting is scheduled.

What happens next

The scheduled meeting date has passed. Minutes or an action agenda are not published in the records we hold.

This meeting date has passed and no official outcome record has been published yet. Nothing on this page is a decision.
