The Duval County School Board will hold union negotiations with the Duval Teachers United

(DTU) Negotiations Meeting pursuant to Board Policy 8.51 through Board Policy 5.46 on

September 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Duval Teachers United, 1601

Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207

The purpose is to discuss the following topic(s):

• Negotiations - DTU UOPD Collective Bargaining Agreement

Any person who anticipates an appeal of a decision made by the Duval County School Board with

respect to any matter considered at this meeting, or who may decide to appeal such decision, will

need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. This record will need to include

the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
