Each request will cover one speaker. • There is a 3-minute-per-person time limit for all general public comments on non-public hearing items . • All who wish to speak, including Council members and staff, need to be recognized by the Chair before speaking.  Members of the public shall comply with the adopted Rules of Decorum, Resolution No. 4545 . A copy of which can be requested through the City Clerk’s Office.  You may also fill out a form and submit your comments online at www.hemetca.gov .
