A list of reviews includes one in April 2026 and there is already two for May 2026 ; next to the reviews it says "stayed a few nights ". In the MF-15 rentals can only be 90 days or more, not less . She went to the page again and it was turned off; she found them on Vrba on August 10, 2026, where she tried to book August 12 - 16 and was directed to the payment page for 4 nights. On that same website this morning , she tried to book November 19 - 22 confirming the 4 suites , and she was directed to the payment page . There are bookings shown on a calendar out to January 2027. Board Questions Mr. Sweetser asked if was correct that this was in violation in 2025 and that fine is unpaid to date. Ms. Phillips advised the cases regarding the actual owner will go back to 2021 ; they came before the Zoning Board (LPA) to try to have the property rezoned . It is a property on the Causeway and on this particular street, St. Joseph 's Drive, everyone who lines the water is MF-15 so that is 90 days or more ; more inland is considered Tourist Facility so they can have the option to rent less than 90 days . Attorney Carrera clarified with Code Compliance Supervisor Phillips the fine had not been paid ; however, the respondent was in compliance from the prior case in 2025 . This is a new case in violation . Ms. Phillips explained it changes and then he goes back into violation . Ms. Hunt asked why it is only for those dates and Ms. Phillips explained some days it is blocked and she cannot capture it going to the payment page. If she can book it, then it is a violation ; they turn it on and off and on , and they go to Vrba then to Airbnb. When she does check she would like to fine him for each day he is in violation . 7
