Proposed 46-Home Development at Former Santa Barbara Motorsports Site

A new residential project consisting of 46 homes is being proposed for the former Santa Barbara Motorsports location in Goleta. The proposal is scheduled for an initial review by the city's Design Review Board on July 14.
