Work Session on FLEHT Insurance Program - Facilitator Ted Roush
The Baker County School Board met on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the District
School Board Room located at 270 South Boulevard East, Macclenny, Florida. The purpose of
this meeting was to hold an open work session on the “FLEHT Insurance Program”. The
following Board Members were present: Chairperson Jack Baker Jr., Vice-Chairperson Tiffany
McInarnay, Amanda Hodges, Clayton Lyons, and Mandi Canaday. Superintendent Wyatt Milton
and School Board Attorney Leonard Dietzen were present at the work session. Ted Roush,
Executive Director of School District Solutions and Derren Bryan, COO of Avail Benefits,
facilitated the session. Board Members were provided with information about the FLEHT
Insurance Program. He also fielded questions from the Superintendent and Board Members. The
Board took no official action during the work session.

considered at the above mentioned meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need
to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence
upon which an appeal may be based.
