TOWN OF LAKE HAMILTON MINUTES PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2025 10:00 AM The Parks and Recreation of Lake Hamilton held a Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 100 Smith Ave., Lake Hamilton, FL 33851. CALL TO ORDER The Chair Yolanda Lane called the meeting to order 10:00 am. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Led by all. ROLLCALL Yolanda Lane, Deane Kyle and Billy Young were present. Marisol Ortega was absent. Town Clerk Borja and Public Services Supervisor Jones were present. BUSINESS October 16, 2025, Parks & Recreation meeting minutes Motion made by Kyle and a second by Young to approve October 16, 2025, Parks & Recreation meeting minutes. A roll call vote was taken. Kyle aye, Lane aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 3-0. Consider Names for Designated Park on Sample Ave. Motion made by Young and a second by Kyle to recommend for approval To name “Monarch Park” the designated park on Sample Ave. A roll call vote was taken. Kyle aye, Lane aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 3-0. Update on the Christmas Ceremony Staff updated the board on the Christmas Ceremony event. December Parks & Recreation Advisory Board meeting Motion made by Lane and a second by Young to approve to not meet for the month of December due to the holidays. A roll call vote was taken. Kyle aye, Lane aye, and Young aye. Motion passed 3-0. ADJOURNMENT The Chair Yolanda Lane adjourned the meeting at 10:14 pm. ATTN: PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
