Judge Orders Release of 19-Year-Old Asylum Seeker

A federal judge has ordered Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to release Olivia Andre, a 19-year-old asylum seeker from Congo, by Friday. Andre, who was detained last November in Texas, is a nursing student who settled in Portland, Maine. Her lawyer stated her health deteriorated due to poor conditions during detention.
