Illegal immigrant accused of child rape arrested by ICE

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Walvin Victor Hugo Garcia, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, on May 1. Garcia was accused of raping a child and was previously released from jail by Fairfax County, Virginia officials despite an ICE detainer. He had entered the U.S. in October 2023 and was ordered deported in February.
