Original title: CDD 24-1328 WATERSET SOUTH CDD Approve expansion of the Waterset South Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total of $5,113,448 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure costs for the expansion parcel, it is estimated that about $2,804,496.85 (or about 54.85%) of development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
