9:15 a.m. - Work Session on FSBA Membership Renewal for Board Members

The Baker County School Board met on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 9:15 a.m. in the District School Board

Room located at 270 South Boulevard East, Macclenny, Florida. The purpose of this meeting was to hold an

open work session on the “FSBA Membership Renewal for Board Members”. The following Board Members

were present: Chairperson Tiffany McInarnay, Vice-Chairperson Jack Baker Jr., Clayton Lyons, Amanda

Hodges, and Mandi Canaday. Superintendent Wyatt Milton and School Board Attorney Jeffrey Grosholz were

present at the work session. There was no facilitator for the work session. Board members discussed the

benefits of renewing the FSBA Membership. The Board took no official action during the work session.
