Original title: Approve the Locally Funded Agreement between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) and Seminole County for the Sunshine Corridor Project Development and Environmental Study (“LFA”) and the related Three-Party Escrow Agreement between FDOT, the State of Florida, Department of Financial Services, and Seminole County (“Three-Party Escrow Agreement”) and authorize the Chairman to execute the LFA and Three-Party Escrow Agreement.
